As if we didn’t have enough malls already in the city, S Maison
opened which is literally just beside the huge SM Mall of Asia. But what
separates S Maison is that its positioned as a luxury retail mall (but shops won't be as luxurious/expensive as the ones at Greenbelt) for people with
discerning tastes (which means people who has lots of money, or in other
words rich people). Well it helps that its the 1st 2 floors of the new
luxury hotel Conrad Manila (because who would want to cross a street to
go to the mall, its too tiring, better build a mall below the hotel).

Since
its still new, most shops are still closed (nevertheless you know you
won’t be able to afford shopping there) but you can already see which
ones will open and you know these shops will make a dent on your credit
card (or sell a kidney).

I like that the mall is tastefully done
and the interiors really say luxury (even places to sit at are art
pieces).

And since its a luxury mall, it has a Starbucks Reserve (because an ordinary Starbucks just won't do) and Director’s Club cinemas for people who
want the luxury movie experience (or eat unlimited amounts of popcorn).

The
best thing I think about S Maison too is that you’ll always have a good
view of the famous Manila Bay sunset everyday (unless its daytime or
its raining).
I’ll check back soon to see which stores are
already open, and maybe do some shopping this time (which means I’ll go
back after a year because I need to save up first). :)
